The Land Use and Transportation Committee of the Old Town Community Association provides a monthly forum to discuss proposed and upcoming developments, advocate for transportation improvements, and work with key stakeholders for coordination of efforts to improve the built environment in the neighborhood. The committee is organized around an action plan with active projects that are carried out by committee members and neighborhood volunteers. 

The committee Is Co-Chaired by Mary-Rain O'Meara (Central City Concern) and Nicole Tignor (Old Town Coffee).

Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each week from 3:30-5:00 at District 4 Coalition 434 NW 6th Ave #202, Portland, OR 97209 and on Zoom.
