Join the OTCA as a business or non-profit
As a joint neighborhood and business association, we walk a unique line. Neighborhood associations do not, and cannot, charge dues to residents, whereas business associations can and do.
All businesses, property owners, nonprofits, and institutions (cultural and educational) will be required to pay annual membership dues to become a voting member. Membership dues are based on the number of full-time employees.
We moved to a subscription model in 2024 as a way of creating a sustainable funding model for the organisation. Please select your business or non-profit size from the drop down menu on the right and subscribe today.
*NOTE: Meetings are open to anyone who would like to attend. Newsletters will continue to be available to the public.
Aside from supporting the important direct action the OTCA is taking on behalf of our neighborhood:
Members are permitted to vote during elections
Members are eligible for board membership
Members receive ongoing support from the OTCA staff
Members are eligible for higher event grant amounts
Have a question about membership & dues? Email the OTCA secretary
Not in the district or interested in membership?
You can still make a tax deductible donation to the OTCA.
